E way bill Limit in Bihar for Intra State Movement
The e-way bill limit in Bihar state is now Rs. 1 lakh, for the intrastate movement of goods from 21.01.2019.
The government of Bihar issued a notification stating no e waybill is required for intra-state movement of goods where the consignment value is less than 1 lakh rupees.
Therefore, for movement of goods within the state of Bihar requires e-way bill generation only if the value of goods is more than 1 lakh rupees.
The said notification has come into force on 21st January 2019. The notification has reference no. S.O date 14.01.2019.
The commissioner has amended the previous notification no. S.O 180 DT. 19.04.2018 to give effect to this decision.
